Hello
Hi, I’m Samantha Paniccia, and I’m from Long Island, NY. I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at the University of St. Augustine, Dallas, TX campus.

I’m deeply passionate about helping others and providing support in meaningful ways whether it’s offering guidance, lending a listening ear, or finding creative solutions to everyday challenges. Making a positive impact in people’s lives, big or small, is something that truly motivates me every day.
In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends, staying active, and caring for animals. I’m especially obsessed with dogs! These passions keep me grounded, energized, and inspired in everything I do.
My Story
I’ve always been passionate about helping others, whether supporting friends, family, or my community. This drive naturally led me to pursue a career in occupational therapy, where I can make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
I spend a lot of time around women and mothers, both personally and professionally, and I’m deeply passionate about mental health and well-being and how it shapes daily life. My mother, my best friend, has shown me firsthand the joys and challenges of motherhood, inspiring me to support other mothers in meaningful ways.
During my doctoral capstone at Baker Health, I saw how overwhelming the transition to motherhood can be—and how rarely it’s talked about. Many mothers feel isolated or hesitant to seek help due to stigma. I wanted to create a space where mothers can express themselves, seek support without judgment, and recognize the incredible work they do every day.
This project provides educational resources and practical skills that mothers can apply to daily life—helping manage emotions, reduce stress, build routines, and reconnect with meaningful activities. At its core, my work is guided by empathy, accessibility, and meaningful connection.
This project is more than a professional endeavor—it’s a reflection of my commitment to supporting mothers, breaking the silence around maternal health, and celebrating their strength. I hope the resources here bring comfort, guidance, and confidence along the journey.
